Major General Pramod Saighal
Former Head, Army Air Defence College | Motivational Speaker | Renowned Career Expert
Major General Pramod Saighal retired in 2002 as Head of the Army Air Defence College, where he trained officers in Nano-Technology, Information Technology, Electronic Warfare, Radars, and Computers. Over his distinguished career, he has trained more than 3,000 officers from the Indian Army and 38 foreign armies, along with cadets of the National Defence Academy, Khadakvasla, and the Officers Training Academy, Chennai. A qualified pilot and deep-sea diver, he has flown extensively across the North-East and J&K.
Since 2004, Major General Saighal has dedicated himself to strengthening the lives of children through career and personality development workshops, enhancing their competitiveness and potential. To date, he has guided over 8.3 lakh students across schools, colleges, and universities in science, commerce, and humanities; motivation and leadership; Defence and Civil Services; and national security.
Notable interventions include counselling 30,000+ students in South, Central, and North Kashmir (2011–12) in collaboration with the Army and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and supporting youth in dacoit-affected regions of Rewa and Satna under the aegis of Chinmaya Mission, exemplifying his commitment to nurturing young minds even in the most challenging contexts.

Mr. Yashpal Solanki
Arjun Awardee | Coach, Indian Judo Team
Mr. Yashpal Solanki has dedicated 25 years to Judo, representing India at the international level and competing in nearly 100 world-class championships, earning 30 medals.
A recipient of the Arjun Award, Bhima Award, and Maharaja Ranjit Singh Award, he has also been crowned Commonwealth Champion (2010) and won World Cup Bronze (1996). Under his expert guidance, the Indian Judo Team has competed in numerous international tournaments, including the Rio Olympics, 2016, exemplifying his commitment to excellence, discipline, and the growth of Indian Judo on the global stage.

Ms. Nandita Tewari
Educational Leader | Advocate for Inclusion and Innovative Pedagogy
Ms. Nandita Tewari brings 19 years of diverse international experience, spanning India, the US, and Hong Kong. A passionate advocate of neurodiversity, she equips learners with a broad repertoire of skills and strategies to thrive in the classroom.
As Curriculum Chair across international schools in Hong Kong, she has pioneered curriculum design based on ‘backwards by design’ and is a certified trainer in Concept-Based Curriculum and Instruction. Her academic credentials include a B.A. (History, Lady Shri Ram College), B.Ed in Special Education (Jamia Millia University), MS in Multi-disciplinary Education (State University of New York), and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at the University of Bath, UK, focusing on engagement and motivation.
Ms. Tewari has spoken at international conferences on innovative pedagogy, inclusion, social-emotional learning, and sustainability in education. She serves as Professional Practicum Tutor & Assessor (University of Sunderland, UK), coordinates Tournament of Minds HK, and has led parent enrichment workshops, TED Talks, and the Wellbeing Ambassador programme. She is also a certified British Psychological Society test assessor. At the core of her work lies a simple principle: every child, every teacher, and every parent matters.

Ms. Prabha Verma

Ms. Prabha Verma is a student-focused educational leader with a remarkable 37-year career spanning both schools and colleges. Renowned for her dynamic vision, collaborative spirit, and unwavering commitment to nurturing students and staff, she has consistently fostered stimulating and motivating learning environments.
A recipient of a National Scholarship, she completed her BA (History) at Jesus and Mary College, Delhi, followed by postgraduate studies and M.Phil at the School of International Studies, JNU. She has been the founder principal of two leading schools, including Gurukul The School, NH-24 Branch, Ghaziabad, establishing benchmarks of academic excellence and holistic development.
Honoured with the Education Icon of the Year 2025 and invited to speak at numerous educational forums, Ms. Verma remains grounded, believing that every achievement reflects the collective effort of the school community. Mr. Indra Mani Pandey
Officer, Indian Foreign Service | Former Ambassador of India to Oman
Mr. Indra Mani Pandey joined as Ambassador of India to the Sultanate of Oman on 10 August 2015. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Ambassador of India in Paris (2013–2015) and Consul General of India in Guangzhou, China (2010–2012). His distinguished career spans postings at Indian missions in Cairo, Damascus, Islamabad, Kabul, and Geneva, reflecting a wealth of diplomatic experience.
At the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi, he has held key positions across the West Asia North Africa (WANA), Consular Passport & Visa (CPV), Counter Terrorism Cell (CTC), Americas (AMS), and Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Maldives & Myanmar (BSM) divisions.
Mr. Pandey is an alumnus of the Foreign Service Programme, Oxford University (1998–99) and the 49th National Security and Strategy Course, National Defence College, New Delhi (2009). In Muscat, he is accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Sushma Pandey, and their daughter, Devangi Pandey, embodying a life of both professional distinction and personal commitment.

Mr. R. K. Tewari
Former Member, Indian Revenue Services | CBDT | Writer | Philanthropist
Mr. R. K. Tewari’s distinguished 37-year career (1968–2005) in the Indian Customs and Central Excise Service included key positions such as Commissioner, Chief Commissioner, and Member (Personnel & Vigilance and Budget) of the Central Board of Customs and Central Excise. He also served as Member, Appellate Tribunal for Forfeiture of Properties (2005–2007).
With 14 years of experience in narcotics law enforcement, he was honoured with the Presidential Award (1989) for his distinguished service, including contributions to India’s stance on the 1988 UN Convention on Narcotics. He served as International Consultant for the Regional Precursor Control Project (1998) and National Evaluator for the UNODC Regional Precursor Control Project for SAARC countries (2003). His expertise in international law and narcotics regulation was sought at numerous global conferences, reflecting a career of integrity, scholarship, and global impact.

As Director (Administration), she anchors the institution’s operations with calm resolve, contributing meaningfully to every initiative that shapes the school’s growth and ethos.

Mr. Diwakar Tewari serves as Director (Finance) and Vice-President of the Gurukul Education Society, bringing over a decade of dedicated association with the institution. A civil engineer by profession, he has been instrumental in advancing the Society’s mission of providing fair, inclusive, and quality education.
An integral member of the management team, Mr. Tewari provides strategic and financial stewardship, ensuring robust governance, fiscal prudence, and operational efficiency. His vision and expertise have played a pivotal role in developing world-class infrastructure, creating learning spaces that are safe, future-ready, and conducive to holistic education. With his depth of experience, he ensures effective and transparent financial management that sustains the school’s long-term growth.
